If Griffin and Sabine are not going to appear in any new adventure, then this is the next best thing.

Isabella and Matthew are not as intriguing as Sabine and Griffin, but the mystery of the visions and the connection between them all is still fascinating.

Strange. Since I do not have the complete series this book left me confused. If I come across the other books then maybe I could understand these letters people are writing to each other. Wonderful but strange illustions.

The Griffin & Sabine books are beautiful. I gave them 4 stars because the medium is so original, and the illustrations are extraordinary, but the story is at times hard to follow. You need to know a lot about mythology and mysticism in order to understand everything that happens in these books. They are completely enjoyable even if you don't, though. These are really special books.

I like it better with just Griffin and Sabine. I didn't like the new characters much. But the art is still beautiful.

You get excited with the possibility of Griffin and Sabine's return but it just didn't do it for me. Too many characters now and very convuluted situations.
