“This isn't a new book. But it's very timely as regards the cultural conflicts over Evolution vs Intelligent Design, etc. The book is more than a description of the Scopes trial. It's also a summarized history of the conflict between science and religion as they "bump up" against each other in the arena of "where it all comes from." Much better than the highly fictionalized and distorted account in "Inherit the Wind." ”
