“I rather liked this suspenseful novel about three women living in a London neighborhood. One is the mother of a young girl with a heart condition, one is her best friend on the street, and one is a woman with a mysterious past that has just moved to the neighborhood. It takes its time building suspense, but when all the threads come together, it gets quite exciting. However, as much as I enjoyed this book, I probably wouldn't look for anything else by this author. I enjoyed it JUST enough.”

“This book started off a bit slow but 3/4 of the way in things changed and I couldn't put it down! I wish the exciting part happened earlier but it was still a good, quick read.”

“A well written page turner, and a cut above for this genre. Nobody is who they seem to be in this tale of Callie, a single mom, her young daughter with a heart defect, the ex husband, the crazy neighbor, and Suzy, the true friend who bales Callie out time and time again. or so it seems. Numerous twists and side plots develop, with a few surprises along the way, and I found I couldn't turn the pages fast enough wanting to finish. Well worth it, and the author is one to watch for.”
