“Couldn't put it down. I accidentally misplaced it at home and spent ages frantically searching for it so I could continue the story. This one flips between Detective Warren and Charlie Grant, the woman who believes she's going to be murdered in four days. This threat creates a tense thiller as both women race to to solve why Charlie is in danger and what connection is has to a stringer of pedophile murders. I thought the characters felt real and the situation kept me reading, although I wished there was more of Charlie and less of D.D. Warren. I think fans of the series would enjoy Karin Slaughter. ”
