Maxwell knows what it takes to be a great leader. In this book, he compiles many examples that anyone can use to help build their leadership skills. Aileron recommends this leadership book because it's easy to read, enjoyable, and really drives home the true qualities that great leaders possess.

The book is edifying,I couldn,t believe it is over when I finished reading it.It is a realistic book with realistic principles/laws that can be applied across different disciplines/fields. The way the book is arranged seems that John Maxwell still has alot to offer.I will be deligted to read more from John Maxwell

The first Maxwell book I've read. It was quite interesting and the anecdotes were very appropriate to illustrate points. No real revalations in here for me, but more of things I've seen, heard or learned that I just kinda forgot. It provoked some introspection on my part that I feel was beneficial to my development. Would be better served for more inexperienced readers.
