  “ Bella and Edward get married and then take their honeymoon on an island that Carlisle bought for Esme. Bella gets pregnant somehow and immediately falls in love with the baby growing inside of her. She ask Rosalie to help her save it from Edward who wants her to get rid of it cause it will hurt her.Jacob still loves Bella and wants to attack Edward for changing her into a vampire. When he goes over there, he realizes that Bella is pregnant and will now protect her. Sam wants to kill the baby and kill some vampires.Basically, he and Seth and Leah run around making sure the wolves aren't close while Bella gets bigger and bigger every day and is in a lot of pain. In order to feed the baby she must drink blood. ”
