- The story of a couple who finds her young daughter 8 years after the war when they thought she died.

Três Laranjas na Neve (Three oranges on the snow) - (This story is not written by the auther but by Philippe Hardelot, the oldest of their five children.)
- A story about an old man that is feeling lonely and without hope in his life.

Minutos de verdade (Minutes of truth)
- A story about two simblings who were riding when they found a car accident.

«Ouve, Filho...» («Listen, Son...»)
- A story about a nine years old boy who misses his dead father.

Encontro de Natal (Christmas Encounter)
-The story of a captain who will seek two children who escaped on Christmas Eve.

- A young man trying to steal cars to pay their debts.

- A men who finds out the meaning of family when he finds a pregnant girl, fainted at his doorstep.

- A story about a girl that stays at home on a storm looking out for her 3 younfer brothers with a boy.

Há lágrimas no trigo (There are tears in the wheat)
- A story about the death of a girls fiance.

A hora das crianças abandonadas (The time of abandoned children)
- A story about a boy that finds and helps two refugees on christmas eve.
