  “Great, this was the first Insp Banks book I saw. I read the whols series of books before this one, so I would understand the writers point of veiw. Also wanted to make sure I even like the character.”

  “Always a decent mystery. A bit too much into the lives of the lead characters - you need to have read prior books in the series to fully understand what is going on.”

  “I enjoy Alan Banks and the English countryside. It is fun to challenge myself with the clues and also pleasurable to hang out with Inspector Banks and his collegues as they solve another British crime.
