- Jenna Boller: Jenna Boller is back at work in the shoe store after spending the summer driving her boss, Mrs. Gladstone, from Chicago to Texas. As she gears up for 11th grade, she splits her time between home, Al-anon meetings, and her much-loved job at Gladstone Shoes.
- Mrs. Gladstone: Mrs. Gladstone was the owner of the Gladstone shoe store. The store was always busy, so it was a very popular store. Mrs. Gladstone never worried about anything, until she found out that she was about to loose her number one selling product which were the red high tops. She had found out that the company she was buying them from were making them a different way then how the other ones were made. Therefore making Mrs. Gladstones shoes store become a hectic place to work.
