If you have a sister this book is for you! This book is the story of two sisters who couldn't be more opposite. What I love about the story is that Jennifer Weiner, the author, is so good at capturing that "sister" relationship. She really demonstrates, so well, the love-hate feelings that often...

If you ever have a sister that drives you INSANE - this is surely a book that will have you nodding your head in agreement with the crazy antics of two sisters who are literally, at polar opposites of the spectrum in every way ;)

I'm listening to this in Audio. It's a very good story about sisters and life's ups and downs. It is sad at times, and very funny too. About half way through this, I realized it was a movie I had seen which stared Cameron Diaz. I sure was surprised.

In Her Shoes by: Jennifer Weiner
The plot in this novel I think is sisterly love, and reconnecting with lost family members.
Rose- High powered attorney who wants nothing more than for a man to love her, like no other man has. To slide off her glasses and tell her she’s beautiful.
Maggie- Rose’s little sister, Maggie is drop-dead gorgeous, but has problems supporting herself, she’s also dyslexic. The theme of this book is to forgive the ones you care about no matter what it is that they've done to you.
I can’t really compare this book to other books, because this is the first time I’ve ever read a book like this. I would recommend this book to readers who enjoy slight romance novels, love lost and love found…and to anyone who enjoys novels about sisterly love and hate.

Every good chick-lit staple should begin with bathroom sex.

I liked this book because I have a sister and it seems like whatever we do to each other, we still come together in the end.
