Rose has always taken care of her sister Maggie, until Maggie does the unthinkable. The complexity of family relationships is explored as Maggie and Rose try to reconcile. Well written story about sisters and family. Will appeal to fans of Chick Lit genre, but depth of the story should ensure some cross genre appeal.

Well, chalk this one up to "I read it because patrons will expect me to have read it." This book really, desperately blows. It's tripe. It starts off as something a high-schooler would write and then tacks in a flimsy plot with depressing family history in a desperate reach for character depth and literary value. It fails, and the ending sucks to boot. Don't do it, and don't let any of your friends.
