“Learned that Tupac was a very intelligent, interesting, and complex person. This book was borrowed from the school library where I work. It is part of the Accelerated Reader Program for the students. The book is reportedly written on a 9th grade level, although I am not sure how many 9th graders could actually read it and understand it because of the vocabulary. Overall, I quite enjoyed the book, and plan to look for more books on Tupac.”

That begining of understanding Tupac somehow seems important, as a music lover who admits that she knows very little about the rap/hip hop genre.”

At some point toward the end of the book the author was trying to compare Tupac to Jesus. I don't care who you are and I also respect Tupac for his work but there are some things you just don't do.”
