A story about three teens who are running away from a society where there are to be "unwound" - or have their bodies stripped of their parts. A thinker for High School students.

Crazy good, and crazy in general. A great book, but very deep.

this besides gone is probably my most favorite book, if i could direct or act in a movie it would be this one. this book is suspenseful, action packed, and just straight out of the norm.

It's one of the best books that I've ever read. Kind of a sci-fi thriller. I enjoyed it more reading it three years later than I did when I first read it, probably because I analyzed the reading more.

Unwind is a dark thriller about the process of taking kids whose parents have signed a form to have them unwound. Unwinding is the process of taking kids ages 13-17 apart and using their organs for someone else who needs them. It's an exciting book, with Risa, an orphan, Connor, a rebel, and Lev, a tithe, the main characters. Lev wants to be unwound, as he has been brought up told that unwinding was God's will. Connor and Risa don't want to be, and go on the run. They'll meet friends; CyFi for Lev; And threats, enemies; like Roland. It's a very good book and I would recommend it for anyone who is into exciting stories with dark secrets.

In a society where unwanted teens are salvaged for their body parts, three runaways fight the system that would "unwind" them. Connor's parents want to be rid of him because he's a troublemaker. Risa has no parents and is being unwound to cut orphanage costs. Lev's unwinding has been planned
