    Al Ries and Jack Trout churm out a aggressive and realistic book on marketing where marketing is a battlefeild comprising of defensive,offensive,guirella tactics.This book keeps u speedbound throughout.As they say taking care of the care of the customers is important but taking care of the competeitors is a nesessisty.
