- Holly: Holly is Scarlett's Stepsister. She is 9 years old and really wants to be like Scarlett.
- Kian: He's mysterious and charming but what is he hiding?
- Clare: Scarlett's stepmother who is quiet and very calm.
- Mum: Scarlett's mom. She is trying her best, but she can't figure out why Scarlett changed from a good kid to big trouble.
