This is a philosophical look an mankind and the world. It is not an easy read, but some of the insights are thought provoking.

This book arrived in excellent condition, and in a fair time as well. It was not this, however, that made me pleased with my purchase. This book... should be read by anyone with an open mind. It is a valuable point of view that gets so easily ignored.

Wonderful read... worth every penny.

As an author myself, often I'm asked, "What is your favorite book?" I never hesitate, or have to ponder on the question.
"Ishmael" by Daniel Quinn," I say.
With all the eloquent reviews already here for Mr. Quinn, I need not say any more.

The book was thorough and really made us think and second guess our actions and beliefs because of the teachings of Ishmael. It explained why we are in the position that we are in because of the actions we take. It was creative and unique, but the ending of the book was unexpected and an ineffective cliffhanger. There was no grand finale teaching at the end.
A book that just might change the way you think about...everything.
