The romance is definitely my thing so that's one of the reasons, but also, I thought that it flowed well and was easy to follow. I didn't find it confusing at all. I've only read a few other manga series and this has been the easiest to follow so far, perhaps because the characters all look very different so you can't get them muddled up.
Anyway. I think you should read it!”
“Great Manga!!!”

A little disturbing 4 little ones, but good. ^-^”
“This was a pretty good manga. It was easy to read, the characters were fun and interesting, and it was well-drawn. I definitely plan on buying the 2nd book. :)”

My first manga and not a good introduction. There were two seperate stories about two girls named Nana. The first story is about a girl who goes from guy to guy. You know, the type that always has to have a boyfriend. She meets a new boy but decides that she should try being friends with him instead of dating him. Predictable stuff happens.
The second story is about a girl in a band whose boyfriend/bandmate is going to move to a different city to join a band that is on the verge of making it big. She has to decide to stay with her band or go with him.
I am sure that there is good manga out there, but I did not understand the appeal of this one at all. I didn't find the stories at all interesting, and I really wanted to just slap the girl in the first story. It was annoying to read!

“Nana Oosaki e Nana Komatsu. A primeira é a confiante vocalista da banda punk Black Stones, ou simplesmente Blast. A outra é uma menina simples do interior, que parece insistir em se apaixonar sempre pelos caras errados.”

I had skimmed through Yazawa's 'Paradise Kiss' during a similar scenario 4 years ago. 'Nana' is surprisingly compelling...'The Hills' with a dash (though not much more) of 'White Oleander'. The art is a step up from manga standard. I look forward to exploring more of this series, in an indulgent sort of way.”
