Cap and his grandmother live in their own world of the 1960s and 70s. So when Cap's grandmother, Rain, falls out of a tree, how is Cap going to face the modern world? Worse yet, how is he going to face middle school? With the cool kids picking on him, shooting spitballs in his hair, stealing his shoes, and nominating him as school president. The cool kids, lead by Zach Powers, always nominate the biggest loser for president. Cap isn't the kind of president they were expecting.
Will Cap make a difference? Or will he turn out as the biggest loser of the school?
