Better than the 22 Immutable Laws of Marketing, this book offers more insight in one chapter (any one, pick one) than entire volumes by other authors. I read the version co-authored by Al and his daughter, Laura. For some reason, Shelfari thinks there's a version authored by Laura Ries alone (?)
