“I was never bored reading this book. I guess that's not high praise, but I do think it was quite good. The writing is good, even if big words like "time", "money", "life", and of course "other people" seem overused. Sometimes I get the sense Amis is trying to beat something into me. Funny thing is, I'm not sure if I really learned anything from this book. I suppose it's a strange about murder, violence, immorality, and death, but it is a cute story.”
