I don't remember it exactly but as I remember it has a cute story which I liked those times. But I'm not sure I'd have love it if I read it this year.

A cute, but sad, little story about a boy and his doggy.

This book is a great read aloud. Teachers can use this book to talk to the students about struggle and being supportive of their family. It can also teach about friendships and that people can change.

This is a really great book all around. I would probably use it for a read aloud in 4th-8th, since it is a book that is very short and simple to read. I may assign it as a literature study to a student that requires special learning accommodations for reading but not to a grade level 4th-8th student. I would love to use it to tie into a social studies lesson.
