I actually read a very old copy of The Arabian nights, signed by my great grandmother. I enjoyed the stories and was surprised to see stories of cylops, like in the Odysssey. It seemed strange too to read so many stories set in Baghdad, considering how that city is in the news these days. Eventually the stories became a little repetitivefor me, but I'm glad I took the time to read the collection.
