Eh, I prefer this over The Book Theif, although both were good. The Book Theif was scarily realistic (the Jew they take in's drawings, for example, the one where the Nazis are walking over the dead bodies) but the contemperary setting of I Am The Messenger makes it more ... how do I put this... "attractive" to buyers.

The book was extremely enjoyable--I was flying through, and loved it, until the very end. Did anyone else have a tough time accepting the ending?

I am totally enjoying this story! Though some of the text is somewhat mature, adolescents and teens would find this story quite interesting and the message throughout the story illustrates how good outcomes can always result through truth & justice!
