“The authors don't offer much insight into the book's central question - why *do* business people speak like idiots? Their advice to avoid sounding like a "business idiot" is sometimes helpful, but more often questionable or outright bizarre. The writing is overly breezy and broken into such short, easily digested little snippets that the book never really gets into a stride; it's like reading one very long series of short magazine articles. There's nothing new here that other books haven't said already, and better. ”

It will help me be more creative and true to what I want to achieve. Already I have found myself doing this. My favorite text of the entire book is the overuse of Paradigm Shift and what actually DOES account for a Paradigm Shift.”
