Christians are facing theft of their property, corruption of their children and literally being run off the face of the Earth as the book begins. Even after the establishment of the Lunar Colony as a "City on a Hill," there asre struggles for freedom and faith. The Empire grows into colonies on Mars and the rest of the Solar System. True faith in Christ fights against selfishness, internal power struggles, and external plots to overthrow all they have built by the spiritual forces of evil. Forbidden romances, deadly spaceship battles, and the potential for civil and interplanetary war underscore the cost of serving God wholeheartedly and the price for failing to do so.
