An old woman comes to the dentist Monsieur Bibot,
complaining of an aching tooth. Monsiur Bibot is
busy and short of time, but then agrees to examine
her for a few extra francs. He finds her aching tooth
needs to extraced, and lets the old woman know.
Having done the extraction, the old woman has no
money and she pays him with two figs, which she
says are very special, and informs him will make his
dreams come true.
