The authors transitioned from sport psychology to helping business people perform at their best. Great stories about the athletes and business people they've helped, and unlike a lot of book of this nature, they give you lots of practical ideas that you can use right away. ”

Time is definitely finite and can only be managed so much; energy is something that we can cultivate and grow. It describes the four different types of energy: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It actually applies the mindset of training olympic-level athletes to training "corporate athletes." I think its about time for me to re-read this book again.”
