Lots of action as George and Edie, the Gunner fight the Walker and the Taints. Imaginative story about the statues of London fighting each other in the battle between good and evil.

It was pretty interesting. Charlie Fletcher has clearly put his imagination on paper. For someone to bring statues and gargoyles to life, must certainly be creative.
The beginning is more of a description of George. As the story progresses, it becomes more interesting.

TT19 This book is great for people who likes fantasy and adventure at the same time. This story begins when the main character George breaks a carving of a dragon. The moment he went outside all the statues came alive and only he can see them! This book is a adventurous, fantasy, with mysterious secrets! I rate this book four stars because I thought this book was awesome, although I thought the author should use more realistic things happening even though it's a fantasy book it's still happening in London.

I loved this book because it was something different from my normal science-fiction books. I recommend this book for anyone 6th grade to adult, especially to anyone who enjoys fantasy.
