- Alexa Daley: Alexa Daley is a lanky 15 year old and one of the bravest girls ever to walk on the Land of Elyon.Owner of one of the stones that allows her to talk to animals.
- Yipes: Yipes is a very small man that helps Alexa along as she uncovers the mysteries of the Land of Elyon.
- Thomas Warvold: Thomas Warvold built Bridewell and the walls surrounding it. He has a brother, Roland, who is an adventurer by sea, while Warvold is an adventurer by land.
- Armon: Armon is the only remaining Seraph (giant) in his race. Alexa's friend.
- Murphy: Murphy is a brave, jumpy squirrel that is best friends with Alexa Daley.
- Odessa: Odessa is the beautiful wolf that has helped Alexa along while rescuing Yipes. She is the mother of Sherwin, and a mate to Darius.
- Balmoral: Balmoral is the leader of the infamous Castalia, and helped Alexa, Armon, and John Christopher.
- Roland: Roland is Warvold's brother and is one of the most famous people to roam the seas.
