I love books about a particular historical person, event, or period that are passionately and intensely written, and this title certainly fits into that category. Whenever I can grab some time to read, this book calls to me. Ferling is an excellent writer, and I'm learning things about Washington and the Revolutionary period I haven't found elsewhere. Recommended for anyone interested in the American Revolution.
