  “I found the writing style difficult to follow...even though it did come together (finally), the progress seemed rather incoherent for the first half of the book.
  
  Regardless, this is a detailed examination into the bizarre death of Jonathan Luna, the assistant DA from Baltimore, MD USA and writing style aside, Keisling raises many unsettling questions about what makes governments tick...and his recounting of what we do know about Mr. Luna's midnight ride is downright creepy.”
