I really loved how it gives you a really good look at what it was like to be on the titanic, and how awful it was to watch it sink. I would recommend his book to people who are fascinated with the titanic, and would like to know more about it. ”

When the orphanage receives an unusual request from an American woman looking for a traveling companion, Margaret's teachers agree that she is the perfect candidate to accompany Mrs. Carstairs on the TITANIC, so that once Margaret arrives in New York she will be free to join her brother in Boston. But the TITANIC is destined for tragedy, and Margaret's journey is thrown into a frozen nightmare when the ship collides with an iceberg.

In Dear America and YA tradition the story is of a young orphan, newly employed by a wealthy American woman traveling to America
They are among those saved in the RMS Titanic disaster.
Photos complement the story.”
