Interesting period piece of what it was like to be young, educated, priviledged, affluent and somewhat ditzy in the 20's. Many of the witticisms relied on knowledge of popular writers, actors, political figures and wealthy families of the era. The perils of two women travelling abroad (with Mommy and Daddy close by to rescue them) got quite tedious by chapter 5. By the end, I couldn't wait for these two clueless ninnies to get stateside.
