“Excellent Star Trek book, the author obviously spent some time watching the shows to get the right intonations and rhythyms for the characters. The story was pretty good and it was nice to read some follow up to the series.”

“Set immediatley after Endgame, the Borg followed them home. This time, they are being operated by someone completely unexpected. I felt that the element of child abuse and it's particular reprocussions were original and added to the overall story. Each crew member has to deal with a homecoming that is familiar and unknown. There is a huge element of imbalance here and that makes it interesting.”

“The book was written in great detail, it's almost as if you were watching the show. It definitely completed the series; however, it's a bit shocking to discover how the crew was treated once they arrived. I hate the fact that Chakotay didn't end up with seven of nine OR captain Janeway, WTF!
