  So basically the Global Frequency is a private organization that rescues the world from extreme disasters (usually involving fringe/extreme areas of science or fringe extremist groups) or defending itself against attacks from evil establishment bastards! Check this out if you like Warren Ellis and science/techno thrillers with a slight cyber-punk feel to it.”
