“This is The Giants trilogy which consists of "Inherit the Stars," "The Gentle Giants of Ganymede," and "Giants' Star."

It starts with the discovery of a human body on the moon, and it is 50,000 years old. Great premise and well-tied together. If you enjoy sci-fi, this is good stuff.”

“Hogan's _Inherit the Stars_ would easily be on my Top 50 of all time list. I figured his 2nd novel would have the same energy, the same quick pace, the same deep suspense. Not so. This one is very slow and the climax is reached in such a pedantic manner as to be anything but climactic.
This novel would make a great movie, though.
And I find Mr. Hogan totally entertaining and absolutely intriguing in person.”
