I was in no mood to read until I find my pace but when Devil Cynster appeared in "The Lady Chosen", I was intrigued I read his story after the aforementioned book. Given his description, and all of the Cynster males, I was instantly attracted to his character physically and all other aspects. The heroine Honoria really matched him well, as with Laurens' women, they are strong enough to tame a wild beast - in this case, Devil Cynster. I didn't expect the humor but it came naturally well especially when they are arguing, both parties not backing down. I really loved Devil's character, he's unlike other rakes to take advantage of Honoria; what's surprising is he suggested the marry first before doing the marital act, which is something new in regency romance. Most of the time lust comes first, then love comes afterwards. Their emotions are too intense and both of them are passionate about each other, the plot was weaved dramatically with mystery, a little action, and lots of love scenes as expected. This one just ups the ante. The Cynsters are a wonderful bunch! Greatly enjoyed this and looking forward to the next ones.”
