Why do you think that Callie didn't want help at first? Why do you think that she starts wanting help twards the end of the first chapter?

I loved reading this book! The one thing that kept me more entertained with this book than others was instead of being an outsider looking in on the situation, it was as if you were part of her treatment. I enjoyed being part of Callie and her journey through the story.

I think this book is really good. It's interesting to be able to see into what Callie is thinking the entire time.

I think that this book allows the reader to really get in the head of Callie. It is such an insightful book and I would recommend it to anyone working with kids.

I am just reading this book but and am quite fascinated by it. I work with kids at risk and hearing 'their' side of it so simply and beautifully put is amazing. Gives me new perspectives and helps me anew to respect clients.
