“I've been dubbed a Bobby Flay fan somehow. I like grilling and I have enjoyed a few of his recipes and Bobby Flay Steak, so I guess it fits. Anyhow, was looking for some good grilling tips and since there is a Weber kettle on the cover, thought I would give this a shot.

Eh! Apparently he wrote this to cash in on the healthy-eating craze and to demonstrate that healthy food could come from the family grill. Okay, but that isn't as interesting to me. :) There looks to be some decent recipes in here, although I have yet to try any. There was virtually nothing about how to grill.”
