This was one of the most inspiring books I have read, Dungy's approach to life in general is how we should be living. It shows how someone who is very soft spoken can become a great leader and not have to do it through yelling and putting people down. Thank you Tony for such a wonderful book.

This is Tony Dungy’s autobiography (Colts head coach). Success: God gives each one of us unique gifts, abilities, and passions. How well we use those qualities to have an impact on the world around us determines how “successful” we really are. In this book the author shares his coaching strategy and principles, some things he learned from other coaches, and how he depends on God daily. I enjoyed it!
