“I read The Michigan Mega-Monsters, it is written by Johnathan Rand. It is a fiction book. It is about a boy, Rick, who has to go to camp. On the bus drive there he starts talking to some girls, Sandy and Leah. They end up becoming really good friends. When they finally get to camp it is dark and the councelor tells them to go pick a cabin. In the morning they wake up and find huge footprints in the ground. They ask the councelor and he says that there is a legend saying that there are Mega-Monsters in the woods. So Rick, Sandy, And Leah go looking for Mega-Monsters and what they find is really creepy. Read the book to see how it ends and see what they discover. I reccomend this book to any body who likes scary books and people who likes series because there is a whole bunch of American Chillers. My favorite part was when Rick comes out and sees the huge footprints. This book was very interisting and kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. Bricen Baucom”

“I love this series and the accompanying series that is written by the same author. It is one of the best novels that I have read, but it is sadly lacking length or sophistication. It is a great book, but would not be suitable for adults or small children, so it is in the sort of middle area of book ages. this is the first book in the American Chillers series...”

This book is about these mega monsters and that live in this lake and are going to grow to be giant monsters”
