“This book is down right hysterical and sadly intended but not intended to be so. Mainly those whom are reflected in this book...other wise known as Royal families across Europe, Asia and Russia and their greed to keep money in the family by inbreeding and the genetic results of breeding down the line (yes like dogs) can really screw up the mentality of those born into this "hierarchy". This book is a joke but true in nature, its absolutely scandalous and outrageous. Totally entertaining and down right nuts. Its juicy gossip at its best.”

The book is mainlt based on all the nasty things they have done in their lifes to others. The entire book focusus on history and people and may get boring at times but almost every chapter is entertaining.
One of my friends recomended this book to me saying it was the worst book they have ever read and for my opinion. I loved it, it was very funny at times and i had a lot of "OH...." moments. The reader has to have a strong black humor to enjoy this book. Most of the monarchs get executed and tourtured but if one has black humar they will find even those chapters funny.
I recomend this book to someone who enjoys history, if they dont they will hate the book. Also dont take everything the book says offensivly, one has to be in a good mood to read this book.”
“This was an ok book, but definitely not the best in the 'royal gossip' genre. Id recommend Sex with Kings and Sex with the Queen, both by Eleanor Herman instead. ”

Some stories were definitely more interesting than others, but overall you can find some pretty interesting things when you read through. ”
