This is one of only a few plays I've ever chosen to read more than once. It's very witty. Best enjoyed with a plate of cucumber sandwiches.

Everything in the story can be taken two way, you have to stop and think about it.

A shallow play, possibly intentionally to mock the trivialities of the then-modern day society.

Hilarious. And there is a movie with Colin Firth, so it must be amazing.

Oscar Wilde is one of the funniest writers ever. I love this book. "An Ideal Husband" is another great play of his. If you haven't read either of these, I suggest that you do so immediately. :D The movies are really good also.
