I was in my teens when I read through Christie's mysteries, and only this one and "And Then There Were None" stuck in my memory for 20 years.” see full review » see other reviews » |
“An excellent story, with an ending that I am sure none would have expected. Another masterpiece, and would make a magnificent addition to any mystery lover's bookshelf.”

I really enjoyed the whole book. Not only was the mystery interesting but the characters where alot of fun as well. Each character is so distinct and quirky. Piorot is a fantastic sleuth and has a fun personaloty himself. She does a great job of inserting little facts into the story that don't seem important at first but then they come back with meaning as the drama unfolds. Great book!”

“A relaxing train ride to Paris turns sour when one of the passengers on the illustrious Orient Express is found murdered in his bed, by multiple stab wounds. Each of the passengers pleads their innocence but a man doesn't end up stabbed to death by his own accord. It is the opinion of M. Hercule Poirot that one of the passengers is a liar but which one??”
