Eight people were invited to an island called Indian Island, owned by some guy known as Mr. Owen. The people that were invited to Indian Island are Justice Wargrave, Vera Claythorne, Philp Lombard, Emily Brent, General Macarthur, Dr. Armstrong, Tony Martson, and Mr. Blore, and they all have done something wrong in past, something they would regret rest of their lives. These people were all strangers to each other, and letters that invited these eight people were invitations from their old friends or their jobs.
When they arrive to Indian Island, all eight guests were staying at Mr. Owen's house. Mr. Rogers and Mrs. Rogers, or butler for Mr. Owen, greets them when they arrive to the house, but Mr. Owen wasn't home, due to a delay. They find nursery rhymes, called "Ten Little Indians" in their rooms that they were staying in.rooms. The nursery rhyme, "Ten Little Indians" tells how ten little Indians get killed one by one, until all of them dies.
Just like the nursery rhyme, ten people, including Mr. Rogers and Mrs. Rogers, starts to get killed one by one in Indian Island. They start to notice that they were brought to this island according to somebody's plan, and also they start to get an idea that one of the people out of ten is the killer. As the time goes on, more people die, and they try to figure out the mystery.
