A powerful first-hand account of Baghdad before, during and after the Second Gulf War. When the government's "official" account of conduct and events in Iraq during this time are certainly unreliable, especially from those that live in the Green Zone, this book gives a powerful look at life in Baghdad and outside the Green Zone.
