- Mark Dimond: Bobby's best friend and acolyte.
- Dr. Zetlin: The creator of Lifelight, the "savior" of Veelox
- Bobby: The traveler from Second Earth, the main character.
- Saint Dane: The villain that wants to bring the downfall of all the territories. He is a traveler, too.
- Loor: The traveler from Zadaa. She is a very athletic and beautiful dark-skinned warrior.
- Courtney Chetwynde: Bobby's girlfrind and acolyte from Second Earth.
- Aja Killian: The technology loving traveler from Veelox.
- Evangeline: Aja's false aunt. She is the acolyte from Veelox.
- Gunny: The traveler from First Earth.
- Alex: An excellent phader. Kind of flirty with Aja. Aja doesn't flirt back, though. The second best phader next to Aja.
- Andy Mitchell: A guy that attends the school that Bobby used to attend. He smokes and will probably become a criminal. EVIL

- Rubic City: The capital city of Veelox.
- Eelong: One of the territories.
- Alpha Core: The central part of the Lifelight building. All the phaders monitor jumpers (people that are in Lifelight) from here.
- Stony Brook: The place where Mark and Courtney live. Bobby used to live there. It is in Connecticut.
- Zadaa: Another one of the territories. Loor lives here.

Glossary edit
- Flumes: Magical tunnels that shuttle people through time and space and drop them of at other territories. While active, these tunnels shine brightly with light and play a jumble of musical notes.
- Territories: Basically different universes. They can only be accessed by travelers, and the travelers can only get to them using flumes. There are ten territories in all.
- Halla: Every person, place, thing, or time that ever existed, exists, or will exist.
- Travelers: The people who are entrusted to protect Halla from Saint Dane.
