  “Reads kinda like a diary where it jumps from subject to subject, and comes back to the subject before etc. Chronicles the growth of a middle-aged woman, and it's funny because she sounds kinda like me.”

  “A little better than average book in the Bridget Jones style. Single woman looking for love in all the wrong places, and taking a very long time to grow up. Very funny in places, but sometimes I just wanted to shake Shanny, and tell her to wake up and smell the coffee.
