Didn’t Like It“My expectations were not meet in this book. I friend recommended it, and usually those recommendations are spot on. The randomness of the book couldn't keep my attention. I guess that happens when you walk on water.” see full review » see other reviews » |

Go read it, even if you aren't a Christian, because it's about faith....and there's good stuff in there for everyone.”

It didn't so much change my views as epitomize and define them. L'Engle isn't quite as eloquent as C.S. Lewis, but undoubtably as profound. I loved every minute of it.”

There were so many good ideas that I know I will have to read this book over and over again to really absorb all that L'Engle is saying. I highly, highly recommend it.”

I found out today that Madeline L'Engle has died, at 88 years of age. Since reading this book I wanted to write her a letter and tell her that a book she wrote the year I was born had such an impact on me 25-28 years later.”
