This book showed the most disgusting betrayal of family trust. To think that there are children that go through this abuse and torture makes me sick to the stomach. I can only hope that the author of this book is living a full and happy life now.

thanx for replying, it has come back to me, this book shocked me most at the end when her family turned against her in that horrific way blaming her for the abuser ending up in jail and the worst of the worst her own mothers comments of "you enjoyed it, your probably missing him *****************" and i cant even bring myself to finish the sentance! im sure that would have hurt just as much as the abuse itself. Thats the part that broke my heart! liz xx
